CMS Distribution Limited in Kiltimagh, Ireland, is seeking an ambitious Financial Analyst to join the finance team. You will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and commercial decision-making across the business, providing insight that drives performance.

You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, develop financial models using Prophix, Power BI and Excel, and help improve forecasting accuracy, with a focus on business partnering and

Formación

• BA (Hons) in Finance or related field; professional accountancy qualification pursued.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow; forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Prophix and SAP is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of key elements of group forecasting models in Prophix.
• Develop forecasting, analytics and predictive models to deliver insights.
• Analyze actuals vs budgets, forecasts and historical performance; advise leadership.
• Support pricing analysis and customer profitability reviews.
• Monitor working capital drivers and product profitability; improve cash flow.
• Build relationships across Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain as a trusted business partner.
• Support sales target setting and reporting; contribute to decision-making.
• Lead production of Group KBI report and Sales League; improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate on strategic projects and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Ensure timely close of weekly/monthly sales and gross profit reporting; continuous improvement of processes.
• Identify opportunities to use automation, AI and advanced analytics to enhance insights.
