Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Ireland to support strategic planning and drive financial success across projects, delivering long-term commercial value for the business.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and robust financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work, 2–3 days at home, is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5–8 years’ PQE.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Oracle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in project finance, joint ventures, or asset-heavy environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting for your business unit.
• Own the end-to-end month-end close process, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and financial reporting.
• Review statutory reporting and audit outputs for assigned entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant shareholders (internal and external).
• Prepare and present monthly reporting packs in line with shareholder and board requirements.
