Job summary
CMS Distribution, based in Ireland, seeks an ambitious Financial Analyst to join the finance team in Kiltimagh. The role covers forecasting, budgeting, reporting and commercial decision-making to drive performance and strategic objectives.
A proactive, data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and clear communication is essential. Working closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, you will gain exposure to key decision-makers and develop business
Qualifications
- BA (Hons) degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling ability.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools desired.
Responsibilities
- Own group forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Develop and enhance forecasting models (Prophix) for accuracy.
- Deliver insightful analysis of actuals vs budgets and forecasts.
- Provide commercial decision support through pricing and profitability reviews.
- Analyse working capital drivers and product profitability.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain for decision-making.
