Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial management reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the Annual Financial Statements.
• The compilation and preparation of the statutory Local Authority Budget and Capital Plan.
• Preparation of reports for senior management, Members, Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage and other stake holders.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including Auditors, Department of Housing and Local Government, Office of the Revenue Commissioners, National Oversight and Audit Commission, Banks and funding providers.
