Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Financial Controller, Finance Manager or senior role.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to support decisions.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Oversee and develop the finance team.
• Drive process improvements across the finance function.
• Support growth initiatives and commercial projects.
• Liaise with auditors, banks and external advisers.
• Maintain robust financial controls and governance.
• Provide financial analysis and performance reporting to senior management.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
