Job summary

3D Personnel is recruiting a Financial Controller for a well-established business in County Donegal, Ireland. The role reports to senior leadership and requires a senior finance professional with strong commercial insight to drive planning and governance across the finance function.

The successful candidate will lead monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or senior accounting roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance obligations are met.
• Oversee and develop the internal finance team.
• Identify and implement process improvements across finance.
