Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Finance & Strategy analyst to help manage complexity across multiple platforms and business models. You will be a finance business partner to various teams and own the central budgeting cycle for the company.

Responsibilities include financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to guide product and operations leaders, with a focus on unit economics and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Strong SaaS and unit economics understanding.
• Built P&Ls from scratch and defended to executives.
• SQL proficiency and experience with BI/FP&A tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across product lines.
• Partner with Product leadership on pricing and launches, translating roadmap choices into financial outcomes.
• Define and track metrics: usage growth, contribution margin, cost per unit, and payback periods.
• Support operations with headcount planning, budget management, and spend analysis.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles with a bias for clarity and speed, and present findings to senior leadership.
