Job summary

Digital Manufacturing Ireland is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership, governance and direction to support its growth ambitions. Reporting to the COO, you will lead the finance team, oversee budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning and investment appraisal, and manage funding relationships, compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with senior leadership experience.
Experience as Head of Finance or Finance Director or equivalent.
Strong track record in financial strategy, governance and supporting executive and Board-level decision-making.
Experience leading finance teams, with the ability to delegate and build capability.
Knowledge of state funding, grants or public procurement is desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial strategy and governance across DMI and ensure long-term sustainability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning and investment appraisal.
Manage funding relationships, grants, audit processes and internal controls.
Develop and lead the finance team with clear accountability and capability.
Provide timely financial reporting to the COO, Board and committees.
