Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in finance/accounting at Financial Controller/Finance Manager or senior accounting level
• Strong experience preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Managing the full finance function and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
• Preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Ensuring accurate month-end and year-end reporting
• Managing relationships with external auditors, accountants, and key stakeholders
• Improving financial controls, systems, and reporting processes
• Providing commercial insights to support business decision-making
• Supporting senior management with financial planning and business strategy
