Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in a similarly structured group/subsidiary industry environment.
• Enjoys a broad role that combines technical accounting with commercial exposure.
• Knowledge of international tax, VAT, currency, and foreign exchange.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and consolidations of subsidiaries.
• Manage cash flow and cost control.
• Design and lead budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, track pricing and margin analysis.
