Job summary

Prospects in Ireland is seeking a qualified Accountant to lead a small international finance team within a Finance Hub. The role focuses on high-quality reporting, strong controls and process standardisation across European entities, with emphasis on efficiency, technology, data and AI in modern finance.

You will manage a team of 2–4 accountants, drive improvements and partner with IT on system enhancements to scale the function.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with Shared Services/Finance Hub experience.
• Experience leading a small finance team and managing multi-entity entities.
• Strong financial controls, month-end and year-end skills.
• Experience driving automation and data analytics in finance.
