Job summary

Sodexo in Limerick, Republic of Ireland invites an experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. You will drive service excellence, manage technical services and engineering teams, and strengthen senior client relationships to secure contract growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with budgets, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.
• Desirable qualification in Engineering/Facilities Management or related discipline; professional memberships (IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, NEBOSH) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice.
