Job summary

Event Partners Ireland seeks a Programme Manager (Sales) to lead the end-to-end creation of detailed, visually compelling event proposals for corporate events, conferences and incentive programmes. You will work with international and national clients, coordinating with Design and Marketing to align proposals with branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to distill data into insights.
• Ability to develop detailed, visually engaging event proposals.
• Experience in managing budgets and client inclinations.
• Comfortable leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working across international markets is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of detailed, visually engaging event proposals.
• Research destinations, venues, trends and competitors to improve proposals.
• Prepare budgets aligned with client requirements and margins.
• Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communications.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing to align proposals with branding.
• Report on proposal outcomes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support client interactions including meetings and site visits.
• Review client contracts and statements of work.
