Job summary

GemPool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the architectural strategy in Dublin. You will own the technology design, drive the digital roadmap, and mentor domain leads to deliver scalable, secure solutions across cloud services, data platforms, and integrated business systems.

Qualifications

Proven track record in an enterprise architecture leadership role.
Deep knowledge of modern cloud architecture, data warehousing, and integration pipelines.
Experience governing system designs against regulatory compliance and security standards.
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute multi-year technology strategy and architecture governance.
Lead architecture review boards and mentor internal domain leads.
Architect enterprise platform solutions centered on cloud environments and SaaS frameworks.
Champion AI capabilities and low-code development within security guardrails.
