Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, definition, and delivery of Digital Assets & Innovation initiatives, products, and enhancements.
• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and operational requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Create and maintain business process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements.
• Assist in evaluating problems, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
• Build relationships across business and technology teams to promote delivery success.
• Support vendor evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and product assessments as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience.
