Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for SecOps metrics, dashboards, and governance.
  • Support OSM reporting packages, KPI/KRI tracking, action item follow-up, and updates.
  • Maintain process documentation, artifacts, intake trackers, and evidence for audit and leadership requests.
  • Translate operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual reporting across Security Operations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to track dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables.

The role will partner with CsIRT, SORT, OSM, GRC, and technology stakeholders to improve clarity, consistency, and execution across Security Operations. **Key responsibilities** • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for SecOps metrics, dashboards, workflow improvements, and governance routines. • Support OSM reporting packages, KPI / KRI tracking, action item follow-up, and recurring management updates. • Maintain process documentation, meeting artifacts, intake trackers, and evidence packages for audit, exam, and leadership requests. • Partner with technical teams to translate operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual reporting effort across Security Operations. • Coordinate across stakeholders to track dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables through completion. **Qualifications** • Experience as a business analyst, operations analyst, project analyst, or similar role in technology, cybersecurity, risk, or financial services. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex operational information for management audiences. • Working knowledge of requirements documentation, process mapping, KPI / metrics reporting, and stakeholder coordination. • Familiarity with cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat management, audit / regulatory requests, or control environments preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools preferred. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced operational environment. **Work Authorization** Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
