Job summary

Ethos is seeking strategic enterprise customer success managers to help train their AI language model on professional presentations and slide deck tasks. You will lead QBRs, craft executive reviews, and shape AI-generated decks for core workflows.

We require 4+ years in enterprise CS with a track record of executive reviews, and expert PowerPoint skills with strong written communication. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and starts ASAP at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead QBRs and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts to drive value realization.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high‑quality, craft-ready decks and success plan materials.
