Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced client success leaders to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for quarterly business reviews and executive updates.

This remote role offers flexible, 5-20 hours per week with compensation at $70/hour. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise customer success, a proven track record with executive reviews, and expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Qualifications

4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
Proven track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows for enterprise accounts.
Support quarterly business reviews, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, and executive sponsor updates.
