Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of customer success to guide enterprise clients in training AI models for professional presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on crafting executive-level decks and reviews, leveraging PowerPoint expertise, and ensuring high-quality written communication across engagements.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week) and starts ASAP. Prior experience in QBRs and executive business reviews is essential to deliver value for enterprise

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI to generate professional presentations and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows.
• Prepare QBR decks, renewal business cases, and value realization exhibits.
• Deliver executive sponsor updates and success plan presentations.
