Strong PowerPoint skills and executive communication are essential. The position is fully remote, offering flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
• Lead enterprise customer success activities and deliver executive business reviews for enterprise accounts.
