Job summary

Studio East is seeking a commercially minded creative professional to strengthen connections between clients, commercial and delivery teams in Dublin. This client-facing role focuses on developing relationships, identifying opportunities and ensuring creative projects are delivered successfully, drawing on your design, UX and website experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in an agency environment shaping and delivering branding, digital and UX projects.
• Strong ability to build long-term client relationships and to identify commercial opportunities.
• Comfort facilitating workshops and presenting concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team during discovery sessions, workshops and pitches.
• Own a portfolio of client relationships across branding, website and digital projects.
• Translate client objectives into clear, commercially focused briefs and collaborate with design and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional Studio East services aligned with client objectives.
