The Risk & Compliance department seeks an experienced Legal Contracts Advisor to lead review, negotiation and management of the firm’s commercial contracts and legal documentation. Location: Dublin.
Working model: Part-time, Permanent. Reports to: Head of Risk & Compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Ability to manage legal documentation and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with business services and stakeholders on contractual risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead review, negotiation and management of the firm's commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for business services on contractual risk and supplier arrangements.
- Support regulatory obligations and commercial negotiations across the business.
