Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of complex fund establishment and regulatory projects.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation.
• Engage with the Central Bank of Ireland and other industry bodies on behalf of our clients.
• Advise clients on Irish and EU regulatory requirements affecting funds and fund management companies.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the development of the wider team.
• Work closely with partners on strategic client matters, business development initiatives and market-leading fund transactions.
