Job summary

Electricity Supply Board is seeking a Contractor Category Buyer for ESB Networks to manage end-to-end tender processes, supplier negotiations and spend monitoring within the EPC, Civils and Electrical Contractor categories.

You will work with Networks and EMP teams to secure best value, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices across Ireland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant work experience in procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end to end tender processes in compliance with procurement procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with ESB Networks managers to define requirements and procurement strategies.
• Develop understanding of spend categories and contribute to category plans.
