Job summary

Jobtailor in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a performance-driven paid media specialist to build, activate and optimise campaigns across Paid Social and Display, with a focus on delivering measurable results and clear reporting.

You will support the delivery of full-funnel media plans, contribute to cross-channel strategies, collaborate with designers and agencies on creative testing and optimisation, and stay ahead of industry trends including AI-enabled formats.

Qualifications

Experience in Paid Social, Display or Programmatic campaigns.
Familiarity with Meta, Snap, TikTok, YouTube and DSPs/adservers.
Strong analytical capability.
Natural collaborator with strong communication.
Curious and motivated, with interest in AI-enabled tech.
Proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Build, activate, optimise and report on campaigns across Paid Social and Display.
Support the delivery of full-funnel media plans.
Contribute to channel plans that ladder up into wider marketing strategies.
Support creative briefing, testing and optimisation with designers and agencies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with media partners.
Support campaign measurement, reporting and insight generation.
Stay close to industry innovation and emerging formats.
