Howden Ireland is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Athlone to manage a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, lead renewal strategies, and drive growth. Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a commercial insurance broking or underwriting role.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex client portfolios and renewals.
Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products and Irish market.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key commercial clients as trusted advisor on insurance and risk.
Lead renewal processes for complex risks including market engagement and placement.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to support growth and revenue targets.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice within the Commercial function.
Lead client meetings and strategic reviews with stakeholders.
