Job summary

CMS Distribution seeks a Customer Claims Officer to manage key steps in our Customer Claims and Funding processes. You will work with Customers, Vendors, Sales Account Managers, Finance and Credit Control to ensure funding requests, claims and credit activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to own tasks from start to finish, driving them through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts dept or other financial role is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced administrative role liaising with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• SAP experience would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer claims helpdesk requests and SLA targets.
• Advance claims and funding tasks through each workflow stage with proper approvals.
• Maintain the Customer Funding workflow in Pipefy and resolve delays.
• Prepare and validate vendor claims and issue customer credit notes.
• Monitor aged debt and provide updates to the wider team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Commercial and Credit Control to resolve complex issues.
• Provide proactive updates on claim progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Assist onboarding and training on processes and workflows.
