Job summary

Kelco Communications is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Limerick to drive new SME business and manage the full sales cycle for Vodafone solutions.

You will build lasting client relationships, present mobile, broadband and IoT products, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. A driving licence and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telecoms is a bonus but not required.
• Strong communicator with negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business within the SME market.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored Vodafone solutions.
• Present and demonstrate a full suite of products (mobile, broadband, IoT).
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver high standard of customer experience throughout.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
