Zusammenfassung

Ericsson is seeking an AI Architect to define and steer AI strategy for telecom network management, driving targeted architecture and phased roadmaps toward autonomous networks. You will collaborate with analysts and dev teams to ensure scalable AI designs across OSS, orchestration and cloud-native environments.

This strategic role focuses on coherent AI deployment across products and domains, governance, observability and operational-readiness for AI solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Five plus years of AI, systems analysis, software, telecom, architecture or digital transformation experience.
• Degree in CS, engineering, telecommunications, data science or related field advantageous.
• Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio of AI initiatives will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Define and support AI strategies for telecom network management and automation.
• Identify opportunities where AI improves network performance, assurance and efficiency.
• Lead or support AI proofs-of-concept with problem definition, data needs, success measures and approach.
• Translate proofs of concept into scalable product, platform or operational capabilities.
• Work with analysts, architects and developers to align AI with OSS, orchestration and cloud-native architectures.
• Design AI-enabled control loops, decision processes, explainability, guardrails and rollback mechanisms.
• Contribute to roadmaps for autonomous network operations and reusable AI patterns.
