Job summary

Astreya is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement AI-powered automation for IT and networking environments. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive the integration of LLMs into enterprise operations.

You will develop AI agents, runbooks, and automation frameworks using PowerShell and Python, while enabling scalable, secure IT processes and proactive optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service automation, orchestration, scripting, and process assessment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute toward AI roadmap for AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design scalable AI solutions.
• Act as the Solution Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage the backlog.
• Lead evaluation and integration of open-source LLMs and proprietary models.
• Develop automation framework components using PowerShell and Python.
