Moog is seeking a Customer Services Account Lead in Dublin, Ireland. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and repair partners while supporting repair management and after-sales activities.

As a key contact, you will manage inquiries, quotations, repair and sales orders, delivery updates, returns, and other service requests. You will collaborate with internal and global teams to ensure efficient processing, resolve issues, coordinate WIP activities, and deliver high

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in Customer Service, Operations Support, Account Coordination, Repair Administration, Aftermarket Services, or a related environment.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience processing customer orders, quotations, service requests, repair transactions, or aftermarket support activities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and repair partners. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related matters.
• Manage repair orders throughout the repair management process. Review quotations received from repair partners. Prepare and issue quotations to customers.
• Coordinate shipments, invoicing, and repair-related transactions. Support RFQs, pricing requests, and sales order administration.
• Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Investigate and resolve customer issues through collaboration with internal departments.
• Support onboarding, training, and the sharing of best practices. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and service-related projects.
