Job summary

RECRUITERS in Citywest Business Campus, Ireland, seeks a Sales Account Manager for a full-time on-site role. Start ASAP. Salary: €35,000 plus €1,000 bonus, annual healthcare contribution and 2% pension matching.

Act as the primary contact for selected customers, develop relationships, and focus on increasing sales by addressing needs and opportunities. Participate in monthly sales meetings and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple account projects with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting events and engaging attendees to raise presence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal contact for selected customers.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Focus on increasing sales by addressing needs and opportunities, including discounts.
• Participate in monthly internal and external sales meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Expand the core business within managed accounts.
• Collaborate with Business Development to secure opportunities.
• Navigate product catalog, promote products, and upsell accessories.
• Log calls, add contacts, update preferences in the CRM, and manage high-value orders.
