Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and business strategy.
• Financial & Operational Management: Ensure budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and oversee accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements; uphold governance and risk management; maintain confidentiality.
• People Management: Lead and motivate partners, managers, and staff; drive talent development and succession planning; foster integrity and teamwork.
