Job summary

Google LLC in Ireland is seeking an Account Strategist for SBS Engage within Google Customer Solutions to support Polish- and English-speaking clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and craft tailored advertising strategies that drive growth for SMBs.

You’ll lead strategic meetings, quantify impact, upsell when appropriate, and maintain strong account hygiene while navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve business growth targets.
• Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
• Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
