Job summary

Harmonics Recruitment in Shannon, Ireland, seeks a Warehouse Operator to run the stores system efficiently and ensure orders are prepared for delivery and pickup on schedule. You will manage stock movements, perform regular stock takes and coordinate couriers for timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup according to the schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Perform inventory controls stock movements and stock takes.
• Organise couriers for deliveries and deliver goods to different sections on the floor. Carry out inspections on incoming goods.
• Organises heat treatment.
• Perform the cutting of steel and plastic, colour codes the parts and assigns STL numbers.
• Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
• Ensure that all duties are carried out in a safe manner.
• Work closely with other departments to meet delivery requirements.
• Escalate any safety or maintenance issues.
• Ensure that all production operations are fully compliant with 6S obligations.
• Issue Purchase orders to supplier and enter details on the internal system if required
