Guinness Storehouse in Dublin city centre is seeking Storehouse Assistants to join our Visitor Experience Team. As a Guinness Ambassador you will deliver warm, professional hospitality and support engaging guest journeys across our interactive experiences.

This full‑time role offers hands‑on customer service, hosting experiences and helping guests feel welcome from arrival to departure, with a focus on inclusivity and memorable moments.

We are seeking experienced Storehouse Assistants to join our Visitor Experience Team. As a Guinness Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable visitor experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, hosting interactive experiences, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome throughout their visit.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your hospitality, public speaking and customer engagement skills in a world-renowned visitor attraction while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.
