Job summary

Søstrene Grene in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Store Supervisor for a 32-hour week. You will support the management team, open and close the store, maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising, unpack deliveries, and ensure customers enjoy an immersive shopping experience.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively, coach colleagues, and help hit sales targets while staying flexible across weekdays, weekends, and shifts. Full training and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Supervisor or similar role.
• Confident communicator who can engage and motivate others.
• Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow; adaptable to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, with keyholder responsibilities.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Unpack and process weekly deliveries using heavy roll cages.
• Serve customers and operate the cash register with a positive greeting.
• Lead by example to inspire colleagues and support the management team.
• Contribute to reaching sales targets with product knowledge and customer focus.
