Job summary

Smiggle UK & ROI in Cork, at Mahon Point, is looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis (12 hours per week). You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences and lead by example in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You will help induct new Sales Assistants, support development, manage daily briefs, coordinate stock and visual standards, and ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team is desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ambition to develop sales and product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support induction of new Sales Assistant team members
• Work with Store Manager to support team development and performance
• Help develop sales skills, product knowledge and motivation to achieve targets and KPIs
• Lead daily briefings, share sales targets, and maintain focus in the Manager's absence
• Lead by example and deliver a genuine, friendly customer experience
• Ensure Visual Merchandising briefs reflect brand expectations
• Manage stock control, conduct stocktake preparation, daily line checks and participate in stocktakes
