Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. in Athlone is seeking a Product Team Leader to drive product handling, visual standards and exceptional customer service. You will lead, inspire and empower the store team to deliver an outstanding customer journey and high-performing sales results.

You’ll support the Product Manager in developing the team, maintaining operational standards and hands-on duties such as floor resets, displays and stock movement to optimise commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and visual standards.
• Duty manage in all store operation areas including service and people.
• Support the Product Manager to empower the team and maintain standards.
• Drive store KPIs such as sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Assist with floor resets, displays and stock replenishment.
