Urban Outfitters Cork is seeking an experienced Store Leader to oversee daily store operations and coach a large team toward achieving sales, service, and profitability targets. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute strategic plans and develop talent across departments in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

We seek leaders who embody the Urban culture, drive loss prevention, and promote a positive store atmosphere while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within fast-paced fashion retail.
• Proven ability to develop talent at department manager level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance.
• Ability to improve sales, service, profitability and loss prevention metrics.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market appeal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large team and recruit, train and develop managers for future growth.
• Lead daily operations and ensure execution of company standards.
• Coach management to achieve high customer service and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance development and feedback with staff.
• Oversee stock loss prevention and merchandising standards.
• Drive store sales through analytical and creative management of merchandise.
