You will drive sales, service, profitability and loss prevention while fostering an Urban culture and a strong community presence at 101 St. Patrick's Street, Cork.

The role emphasizes coaching, developing Department Managers, and maintaining superb customer experience, with a focus on delivering results and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail.
• Upholding excellent VIBE and a service-oriented culture.
• Ability to positively impact sales, payroll and stock loss statistics.
• Proven track record of developing talent at Department Manager level.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions (back of house, scheduling, organisation).
