Job summary

Inditex is seeking an Operations Manager for Bershka to lead the store's operational engine in a fast-moving, high-volume retail environment. You will ensure deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly, while driving performance and controlling costs.

This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to analyse performance, make decisions under pressure and build a strong, engaged operations team with a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume retail store environment.
• Experience in managing retail operations is essential.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills to monitor performance.
