Job summary

Primark is seeking a store leader to partner with the management team to support the daily running of the store. You will be responsible for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.

You will organise and coach your team of Retail Assistants, drive an exceptional customer experience, motivate the team, and develop yourself through our digital learning and career pathways in a supportive place

• Leadership experience and coaching skills - ability to influence your team to communicate, engage and challenge whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of your actions.
• Driver of performance through commercial awareness and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
