Job summary

Inditex is seeking an Operations Manager for Bershka to lead the store's operational engine in a fast-moving, high-volume retail environment. You will ensure deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly, while driving performance and controlling costs.

This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to analyse performance, make decisions under pressure and build a strong, engaged operations team with a focus on customer service and safety.

About the role

Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store — ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team.

You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.
