Job summary

Specsavers Tallaght is seeking an organised and proactive Operational Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our store. You will help coordinate orders, stock and store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and oversee delivery processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Schedule customer collection appointments and provide updates.
• Maintain stock levels and organise store deliveries.
• Support product repairs and service requests.
• Keep displays and operational areas well organised.
• Assist with local marketing and community engagement.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the store team.
