Qualifications
- Leaving certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Full driving license
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
- Preferably, experience as Assistant Store Manager (not essential)
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Achieve KPI targets with a target-driven approach
- Manage, motivate and develop the store team
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service
