• Support and manage underperformers with guidance and accountability.
• Be a commercial and inspirational leader, coaching EPIC team members.
• Oversee stock management and rotation for optimal availability and presentation.
• Implement VM standards and report outcomes to regional operations.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights to drive improvement.
• Maintain regular communication with regional and Brand Centre teams to align strategy.
