Life Style Sports is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in driving operations and sales across our Cork stores. You will recruit, coach and develop the team, maintaining high engagement and ensuring clear KPI targets are achieved.

You will use commercial insights to optimize trading, manage stock, and align with VM guidelines while reporting to regional and Brand Centre teams. A strong customer-service orientation and leadership potential are essential.

• Stock management and rotation.
• Implement VM guidelines and report results to operations.
• Visit competitors weekly and report notes with operations.
• Maintain communication with regional and Brand Centre team.
