Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited in Dublin is seeking a Store Manager to lead our new Dublin Jervis store, driving sales and motivating the team. You will report to the Area Manager, bringing enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring customers and colleagues and maximizing sales.

This role offers a flexible contract with fixed weekly hours, and we are open to conversations about working flexibly. You will lead by example to ensure an exceptional customer experience and adherence to OB standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure the store and team success.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate the store performance and development areas.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members, setting SMART goals.
• Conduct progress meetings and appraisals for all team members.
• Communicate development and training needs to Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Provide a great customer experience delivering on service expectations.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team.
• Adhere to OB operational standards.
• Communicate in line with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
