Job summary

JYSK Ireland is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead and motivate the store team, driving sales and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Working with the Deputy Store Manager, you will ensure the store is 100% ready for daily sales, coach your team on the shop floor, recruit and develop colleagues, and uphold our leadership values. This role offers development, mentoring and an engaging, retail-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Be inspiring and communicative to create a positive work atmosphere.
• Commitment to take ownership of your own store and the results of it.
• You know how to get things done: You keep a cool head and give direction, even in stressful situations.
• You always strive to improve your results and are quick to recover after a setback.
• 1-2 Years Supervisory / Senior Sales Experience would be advantageous.
• 1-2 Years Retail Experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Together with the Deputy Store Manager you are responsible for your JYSK store.
• Aligned with our JYSK Leadership Values you ensure the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and coaching your team on the floor.
• You take action on key figures and determine what is needed to achieve the goals and motivate your team to do so.
• Follow and execute store concept and store routines.
• Recruit and introduce new colleagues and develop the current ones in your team.
• Lead by example by selling and performing routine store tasks.
